1.2 Your data will also be transmitted to the respective Go Friends partner company from which you obtained your bonus card or if you have selected its partner card in the application.

1.3 Partner companies where you use your loyalty card (earn or redeem points) can view your data; with the exception of pharmacies.

1.6 When using your bonus card, the partner company stores only anonymized transaction data (date of the transaction, card number, point charge and possibly purchase amount) on the terminal and forwards them to Friends Medien for processing. 2. Advertisements

2.1 As part of your participation in the Go Friends bonus program, up-to-date information and offers from partner companies can only be sent to you by e-mail, SMS or push message if you have given your consent.

3. Storage Time

3.1 Friends Medien stores your data and any voluntary information as long as you participate in the Go Friends program. Thereafter, they are usually deleted immediately, after the expiration of existing commercial and tax-law retention obligation after 10 years.

3.2 Your transactions will also be deleted after expiry of the respective commercial and tax retention period of 10 years.

3.3 Your communication data will be deleted by Friends Medien at the latest after 6 years, if their storage is no longer required for commercial or tax retention periods of 10 years.
